FASHION EAST X BRITISH EMBASSY STOCKHOLM
MARCH 2022 STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN
We were invited by The British Embassy in Stockholm to do a mini Salon show and drinks reception in the Ambassador’s residence and bring select alumni to showcase 5 looks each, with support from the Swedish Fashion Council. We helped select the looks, casting, styling and creating their show music with our friend DJ Basmati.
We chose to host Per Gotesson, HRH, GOOMHEO & Ashley Williams as we wanted to showcase collections that had not been shown during London Fashion Week in Feb. We went to each of the designers studios a week before the show and picked out timeless classics, a mix of their past seasons and current collections, some of which hadn’t been seen before. As it was only 5 looks each we got to pick their ‘greatest hits’ to present to a guestlist comprised of top Swedish buyers and industry. We cast the show working closely with Nisch Management & Ortiz Street Casting.
We loved every minute of this project, thank you to all the brilliant people involved.
